Aroma Diffusers And Humidifier, What Is The Differences?
Jun 07, 2016

Aroma Diffusers – available in different shapes, forms and sizes. The main purpose is to diffuse essential oil into the air for health benefits. Most aroma diffusers are designed to vaporize a micro fine mist, dispersing a cold air misting effect, scattering and spreading water molecules combined with EO’s. These very fine water droplets give the EO’s a ride in the air so to speak.

Aroma Diffusers are an extremely easy and effective way of giving an aroma to a room, but there are many more benefits to using them.

1) Helps reduce bacteria, fungus, mold and unpleasant odors.

2) Relaxes the mind and body; relieves tension, anxiety and stress.

3) Aids with grief management.

4) Improves concentration, alertness and mental clarity.

5) Helps control mental and physical fatigue.

Humidifiers – vaporize water into the air. Increasing the amount of moisture in any one area. Using oils with a humidifier can often “break apart” the full nutrients you receive from essential oils due to access heat. Giving you less than a 100% effect.

Warning: Make sure your humidifier is actually made for the use of essential oils. Some EO’s can eat away at some plastics, and therefore ruin your machine. Be sure your machine is EO friendly.

Humidifiers add moisture only to individual rooms or the entire house. Diffusers add essential oils to a local area—a small personal space for homes, offices, spas, massage therapists, and others.

Diffusers use 100% pure therapeutic oils. Humidifiers do not use oils, except for a few designed for babies.
